Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (University of Ottawa), Graduate degree in Sexuality (Université de Montréal) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (University of Ottawa).
Through both her academic and her professional experience, Zoubida has specialized in trauma-based approaches, third-wave cognitive-behavioural therapies and culturally sensitive approaches. Licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the CCPA, Zoubida's approach is rooted in empathy, warmth, and authenticity—three pillars that define her therapeutic style. Zoubida works with adults and practices in English and French. On her free time, Zoubida enjoys Painting, Gardening and Yoga.

Licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the CCPA, Samantha’s therapeutic style is guided by compassion, genuineness, and a deep commitment to creating a safe and supportive space for her clients.
Samantha provides therapy in English and specializes in self-esteem, relationship challenges, identity exploration, anxiety, and depression.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys hiking, cycling, and reading.

Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (Yorkville University), Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Neuroscience & Mental Health (Carleton University).With a deep commitment to fostering healing and self-discovery, Charutama offers therapeutic care through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, intersectionality-conscious, anti-oppressive, and identity-affirming lens. As a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and a member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP), she is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with curiosity and empowerment.
Charutama works with teens, young adults, and adults, including BIPOC individuals, women, neurodivergent individuals, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and immigrants. She has a particular focus on supporting individuals navigating trauma and complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and personal development challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, anger management, and stress-related difficulties. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Breathwork, Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Beyond her work as a therapist, Charutama finds joy in roller skating, pottery, yoga, photography, and painting.
